You did a great service with this episode and it was great listening, too.
I've had some of those unpleasant LYS experiences, too but the thing I liked best about the podcast was that it kept me from being someone who makes other people's yarn store experiences unpleasant. I wouldn't have thought that some of those problem behaviors would be a problem. I haven't committed any yet, but now I'll know not to relax too much when I'm out shopping for yarn.

This was a great podcast. I thought it was full of great information and yet funny too! I have run into some of this stuff and I try to be mindful of the store - but it gave me great food for thought.
